The ISO 9001 is an international standard which sets requirements for an organisation’s quality management system. A new version of the ISO 9001 was published at the end of 2015, the so-called ISO 9001: 2015. All ISO certified organisations must have switched to this new standard by September 2018.
An audit has taken place at bio enterprise in order to examine whether we comply with the new standard. The audit was successfully completed, so that bio enterprise is now ISO 9001:2015 certified until March 2020.
As an organisation, the ISO 9001:2015 standard requires us to pay attention to our customers’ needs and wishes, to relevant laws and legislation, and to ourselves. A central aspect of the standard concerns the personal targets set by the organisation, the manner in which they will be achieved and the relevant threats and opportunities. Furthermore, the requirements of the standard form a good basis for establishment and design of a quality management system.
